Estimates
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are provided in good faith based on the information and site conditions available at the time. Estimates are not binding quotes or contracts. Final pricing and scope for any project are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.
Contractor Registration
Alderwood Flooring operates under Iron Crest Remodeling Group LLC, registered with the Idaho Division of Building Safety (Idaho RCE-6681702, Idaho Registered Contractor). Registration information is available upon request or through the Idaho Division of Building Safety public lookup.
Workmanship Warranty
Installation work performed by Alderwood Flooringis backed by our workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms and coverage for your project will be provided in your written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the applicable manufacturer's terms.
